The purpose and object of the organization is to promote knowledge concerning the sod house era in the Regional History and to collect and preserve pictures, documents, and relics pertaining to this time span of our history.
Membership is open to any person who has reason to support the purposes and objects of this organization. Membership is currently offered to individuals, organizations, and corporations wishing to support the general object of the Society.
Next meeting will be at Great Platte River Road Archway at Kearney, NE on *SATURDAY* October 10, 2009, Dedication of New Sod House. Reduced ticket prices for Archway admission if purchased at the meeting from Secretary. Meeting to start at 1:00 p.m. on SATURDAY October 10, 2009
