Mike Layton, volunteer handyman for the Nebraska Prairie Museum, was working on a hot tin roof of one of the museum’s storage buildings.
Mike, Jim Englund, staff handyman, and volunteer Bill Perry have really made the museum a handsome show place, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, repairing broken windows, doors, and shelves, and building several new displays, like the new KHOL-TV station in the Town Square display. Bill Perry built the Town Square, and continues to build display shelves, racks, stands, and cases.
Thanks, Guys! The museum really shines because of you!
